What if one fails to upload 5 leads every month?

There's no penalty in the first month, only a friendly reminder. If you miss the target for a second consecutive month, your status will change from Priority to General. We understand that consistency may vary, and you can always regain Priority status.

What is the difference between Priority and General?

Priority leads receive immediate attention from our sales professionals, while General category leads are processed with standard urgency. This prioritization may impact how quickly your leads are converted, potentially affecting the timing of your earnings.

Is the 5 lead per month requirement fixed?

The 5 leads per month are a minimum, not a maximum. You're welcome to submit as many genuine leads as you'd like. More quality leads translate to more potential meetings, closures, and ultimately, increased earnings for you.

What is the definition of a genuine lead?

A genuine lead is someone you know personally about whom you have detailed information—such as their residence, vehicle ownership, financial status, and occupation. This familiarity helps ensure higher-quality leads with better conversion potential.

Is it mandatory to give a reference?

Revealing your identity when contacting a lead is optional. However, providing a reference often helps establish credibility, facilitates better lead management, and can significantly improve conversion chances and ultimately, your earnings.

Is this income taxable?

Yes, in accordance with government regulations, a 5% TDS is applicable, depending on your income tax bracket. You'll need to claim this in your Income Tax Return, but don't worry—the process is straightforward, and we provide all necessary documentation.

After deal closing, how soon will I receive my payout?

Payouts are processed within 45 working days after the buyer completes their payment according to their chosen payment plan. We ensure prompt processing to get your rewards to you as quickly as possible.

Will you provide a visiting/ID card or any print material for the properties?

As you won't be involved in direct property dealings, a visiting card isn't necessary. However, you'll receive an ID card with your unique CONNECT ID, and all property-related information is conveniently available for download through the app.

Is there any charge to join CONNECT?

Yes, there is a one-time nominal registration fee. You'll be informed of the exact amount when visiting our office or during the app registration process. This fee helps ensure serious participation and provides access to our premium tools.

How can I pay the platform fee?

Payment can be made during registration through multiple convenient options, including Google Pay, Paytm, Net Banking, IMPS, NEFT, Phone Banking, or any other UPI-based payment method. We've made the process simple and flexible.

How will I receive my payouts?

Your earnings will be credited directly to your bank account through electronic payment methods or any UPI-based system you provided during registration. This ensures secure, efficient, and trackable transactions.
